Today, my wife and I visited your boutique in Rome with the intention of purchasing a pair of Tabi Mary Janes in size 40. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing and far below the standards one would expect from a luxury brand.
The two male sales associates present showed complete indifference toward us as customers. They made no effort to assist with the selection, sizing, or provide any guidance. Their overall demeanor was unwelcoming, and it was clear from their attitude that they were not interested in whether we made a purchase or not.
After finding a pair ourselves, we were presented with the only available shoes in that size — a visibly worn pair with creases on the strap, clearly not in new condition. Despite this, the staff seemed fully prepared to sell them without acknowledging the issue or offering an alternative solution.

I felt disrespected from the first moment I entered, the sales associate (blond straight-haired lady) was rude and unpleasant. I told her I only wanted to have a look because I love the brand but can’t afford their prices at the moment, she was constantly disparaging me with her looks and vague responses.
When I wanted to try tabi boots, I was really excited for this moment and she kept ruining the experience treating me like some 2nd class citizen. She ended up taking me and my partner to the door while explaining me, that she was only going to show me more product if i were to buy something.
After this experience I feel super belittled and sad. You are running a store, you should NEVER make people feel this way even if they can’t afford your products.
Responsible should be taking action for this kind of behaviour.
VERY DISAPPOINTING. Never coming back again, even...

Dry cleaners also do not accept the shirt. And we...
