Very bad. We asked if the choclates were gluten free. The person in the shop that was providing samples for tasting confirmed. Me and my daughter eat the sample and we bought a large box. When we came home we discovered that these choclates ARE NOT GLUTENFREE. Very bad that this happens if you provide samples in the shop!!!

Pésima experiencia – trato racista e inaceptable Lamentablemente, mi visita a esta chocolatería fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida como cliente. Desde el momento en que entré, la dependienta morena bajita de la entrada me miró con desdén y adoptó una actitud completamente despectiva, marcadamente racista. No solo me hizo sentir incómodo con sus comentarios pasivo-agresivos cuando le pregunté, sino que además evitó atenderme correctamente, como si no mereciera estar allí. Me sentí profundamente menospreciado y discriminado por mi apariencia, lo cual es completamente inaceptable en cualquier establecimiento, y más aún en uno de atención al público. No solo se trata de mala educación, sino de una falta total de profesionalismo y humanidad. No recomiendo este lugar en absoluto. Nadie debería ser tratado de esta manera por ningún motivo. Si valoras un trato digno y respetuoso, este no es el sitio para ti.

We loved this beautiful shop! Everyone so friendly and loved having a taste of some of their offerings. Chiara was so nice. All of us bought some goodies to take home. We especially loved the cookies... filled with pistachio and chocolate. Yum! We highly recommend visiting this place if you are ever in the area!

We loved this beautiful shop! Everyone so friendly and loved having a taste of some of their offerings. Chiara was so nice. All of us bought some goodies to take home. Let me just start off with the service one will receive walking into this shop. We were greeted so warmly by the staff, who were very gracious (and lovingly teasing) with our very basic Italian skills. Absolutely delightful time as we sampled their unique confections and liqueurs, talked about the manufacturing processes, and purchasing (quite a few) offerings to bring back home. Thank you again for your hospitality in welcoming us to San Giminagno... we'll...

The seller/owner of the shop was superb. He happily offered me several products to taste, so I discovered my favourites! I bought the Tartufata di Pistacchio and an amazing salt, Magia di pistacchio and tartufo. He had a great sense of humour too, and after he asked me where I was from, he told me he would personally deliver me some more goods, if I ordered online 😊😊...
