We bought the most beautiful Murano glass bowl that will be in our family for generations to come. This purchase was made because of the lovely Francesca, who went above and beyond to answer our questions, to educate us on Murano glass, and who was NOT pushy (unlike many of the other shopkeepers we had dealt with in other stores).
