The guy in the shop didn’t know his work, he isn’t helpful, I suggest to not go in that shop, maybe in other wind shop is better, i had a bad experience in this shop its not the first time,

I was actually waiting for this review. This lady has some problems with math.

For 4 times I have tried to explained her how she should pay for hers offer, and for 4 time she was keep going say "you should pay for me".

That's just ridicoulos.

I manage this and other two windtre stores in Venice from 13 years and of course now that she said that I don't know my job I finally take a decision: I quit. I will do as my new job math lessons for people with math problems.

And you are the one you don’t know math and me paying already without any service 51euro already and you still want me to pay more with out getting any service smh...

The representative was rude and condescending. When I mentioned that Western Union was offering the same WindTre tourist sim card for 20€ instead of 25€, he said that's impossible and insulted me and Western Union. I then walked a couple minutes down the street to Western Union where the representative kindly and respectfully explained that it is the exact same sim card for a lower price; Western Union has a contract with WindTre. She even helped me set up the sim card on my phone. (In some locations Western Union sells a tourist sim card for 18€.) The sim I bought has been working well and I recommend other tourists do the same. Better yet, if you have a newer phone than me and don't need a local number, buy a cheap data-only...

Came here for a replacement phone after my old phone fell into the water. Got a great replacement phone for 260 Euros. We had previously visited a TIM store which wanted 500 Euros for the same phone nearly double the price.
