Tod's — Local services in Venice

Sales was super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Chose a belt for my dad. Initially our first choice is either Gucci or Louis Vuitton. But honestly as belts go, the logos and huge logo buckles are kind of gaudy. Especially, the belts’ quality at Gucci (pardon me for saying this) is heavily deteriorated and the simple buckle stocks were essentially not existing in stores. The staff need some education on how to talk to people in the most courteous way. Was sitting by their display windows to get away from pouring rain and I understand it's probably not right to do so. But the staff simply yelled at us for sitting there and shooed us off like you would chase crows and pigeons. Made a complaint to customer service and they mentioned that it's a one off event and their staff are highly trained. Not sure if the particular staff member who treated us this way was...
