After a week in Japan I finally encountered a rude person. My server was lovely but the woman cooking behind the counter was anything but. Originality ordered small tempura and asked if there were small servings of soba. She sternly replied "No Small Size Only Regular!". So I ordered the soba also. It was delicious to be fair, but the tempura never came. A soba speciality shop, where you can either order cold or hot soba. Overall we enjoyed our lunch here! In picture is cold abura soba. The meat is well marinated and when mixed, taste good. Another pic is you have choice to add small bowl of rice to accompany your mandatory soba order. And we love how they fry their tempura! Not too oily :) our only concern was the lotus root that was still hard to chew.

We arrived when they just closed the shop as my mother wasn't feeling well and the doctors were close on Saturday.
