五一黄金周考虑到会有很多旅客打卡此店,特意写下这个评价来介绍这家看似评分极高实则烂到根里的咖啡店。 如果你丝毫不在意服务态度和歧视也可以无视这条评价。当然如果你不懂日语也可能不会注意到这些细节。
首先可能由于最近海外观光客逐渐增加,该店店员大概率默认你是外国人,进门和离开完全没有打招呼,这在其它咖啡店/饮食店几乎是不敢想象的。中长卷发的店员骄傲展示着自己蹩脚的英语,整个点单过程展现出极低的沟通欲望且令人不快,这种恶劣态度是你去过其它日本咖啡店后能立刻感受出来的。
短短半小时内两次上错订单并没有表示任何歉意,第一次上错订单后我礼貌示意他过来拿走,他只是大声说稍等过了几分钟不情愿过来了。由于其恶劣态度我也没有再说日语的敬语,反之他作为服务行业从业者也开始不用敬语,非常吃惊。并在之后的订单里刻意减少了我ICE COFFEE的量(可以拿我的图去和其它顾客的反馈图对比)
看完这些你当然也可以继续来,我只是觉得你没有必要浪费时间精力金钱在这家装修、选址、服务都普通甚至恶劣的店。
Considering that there will be many travelers checking in at this store during the 「golden week」holiday, I am writing this review specifically to introduce this coffee shop, which seems to have a high rating but is actually terrible in every aspect. If you don't care about service attitude and discrimination, you can ignore this review. Of course, if you don't understand Japanese, you may not notice these details.
First of all, probably due to the recent increase in overseas tourists, the store staff will most likely assume that you are a foreigner and will not greet you when you enter or leave, which is almost unimaginable in other coffee/food shops. The staff member with medium-length curly hair proudly displays their poor English skills, and the entire ordering process shows a very low desire to communicate and is unpleasant. This kind of bad attitude is immediately felt after going to other Japanese coffee shops.
Twice in a short half-hour, the wrong order was brought to me, but there was no apology. After the first time the wrong order was brought, I politely gestured for them to take it away, but the staff member just said loudly to wait and reluctantly came over a few minutes later. Due to their bad attitude, I also did not use polite language in Japanese, and they, as a service industry employee, also started to use non-polite language, which was very surprising. They also deliberately reduced the amount of ice coffee in my order afterward (you can compare my photo with feedback from other customers).

Concrete walls with uniformed galvanized pipe, floor to ceiling glass windows, old vintage wood furniture, high ceiling, pair with the natural light bouncing off the walls diffusing through the windows made this place feels warm, comfortable and relaxing.
The menu is western style breakfast/brunch and the coffee is "straight forward", the staff made our experience a lot better as they do strike up conversation and generally have interest in getting to know the tourist coming through. Read moreI ordered a simple bacon and eggs breakfast. They told me there was no bacon and only one egg left in the kitchen. I stayed polite and asked for toast with that one egg.
Then, just minutes later, two other (also non-locals) customers arrived, ordered bacon and eggs — and got exactly that.
To make things worse, the staff were laughing and clearly talking about me among themselves. It felt humiliating and totally unprofessional.
And despite all this, I was still charged the full price for the breakfast — no discount, no apology.
Extremely disappointing experience. I sincerely hope this is not how they usually treat...
