We had a wonderful experience! The shop is located right in the heart of the Shijo area, just a 5-minute walk from our hotel. Since it operates by reservation, everything was calm and smooth — perfect for a family visit. There was a wide variety of yukata to choose from, and we were free to select accessories as we liked.

Only I (as the woman) received hairstyling, and the stylist was quick and very skilled. The rental also included geta (traditional sandals) and a small handbag. They dressed our child beautifully in a yukata, tying the obi in such a stylish way. Returning everything was super easy as well.

I visited this kimono rental shop on September 15th around 9:45 AM with friends, and our experience was disappointing. The staff member at the reservation desk was rude and unwelcoming, ignoring our inquiries and focusing on her phone. She slammed the price list down and threw forms and pens at us without a word.
