Holly’s Café - Shijo Muromachi — Restaurant in Kyoto

This Holly’s Cafe is located near major subway stations and on a major street in Kyoto. It has a great selection of breakfast sandwich and eggs and coffee. Breakfast is hard to find in japan as it is not common for Japanese to purchase breakfast, as they normally make their own at home. It is a relief to have Holly’s Cafe there to fill our bellies in the morning. This location a quite large and I never had trouble finding a seat. There is a section in the back that is for smokers. Loved the atmosphere and the food was good but the server was kind of rude to us which is so sad because it’s the first bad experience we’ve had here on our first trip to Japan :( When we tried to order, she kept looking back at us as if we were bothering her just being there. At one point, she ignored us and continued making sandwiches. And when she took our orders, she started sighing and rolling her eyes several times. A good place to wait for the bus——drinking coffee,eating dessert ,seeing tictok etc.Most important thing is WiFi is fast and lots of electric socket for people to stay.

I order a cocoa and cake.Cocoa is reallyyyyyy sweet that make u feel like eating sugar bomb,but don’t worry it won’t take too long because cocoa no more than 200ml.Cake is to match the cocoa ,just for taking pic good.
