I do not know how this place gets a 4.8 rating. The beef is very mediocre, not even better than the beef we had in Shanghai where the beef buffet cost only RMB 250 with much much more varieties of everything. The beef is so fatty that one plate will make you feel sick. What is the most ridiculous is that they do not even give you glasses for water. You need to buy their drink to get a glass for water. The soup gets very very salty and nobody add water for us. My mom asked for a glass of warm water as the food was so salty and they charged us for 3 US dollars. It is probably the most expensive glass of water when you eat in a restaurant in the world, not to mention we spent $200 on food and we just could not get water. The ice cream is not good, worse than grocery store quality. They always missed something when we ordered additional. Very poor service and bad communication. Nobody speaks English. No wonder the place was almost empty at dinner time when we were there. Totally a rip off...

Walked in and reserved a table for dinner for the same night (to avoid the reservation fee on Tablong). My husband and I both ordered the $8,000 yen menu. The Shabu shabu was a thin both that you cook your meat in.

We could easily order more meat via their online menu and everything came out extremely quickly. It’s all you can eat so don’t expect great quality beef/pork. Staff were very kind and spoke some English. We did have to use Google translate at times (not a big deal). You do have to order 1 drink per person as part of the menu. Since it is all you can eat we stocked up on meat dishes and both ordered an extra helping of the ice cream (at no extra charge). Before you leave they ask you to leave a review which is why they have so many reviews. (Feels kinda...

Saw the big sign advertising shabu shabu/sukiyaki establishment walking on the way to the Teramachi-dori for shopping. Decided to have dinner here because of the reviews. Made a reservation on their website for dinner. Apparently they moved to the 9th floor because 7th floor is closed. We arrived on time and seated by our server, Tanioka who explained the English menu to us. Of the 3 sets of AYCE, we ordered the middle set because we’re not a big fan of beef tongue. Beer was extra (each diner must order one drink) and we had the All Free (nonalcoholic). It was refreshing as it was a warm day walking & shopping. We had extra vegetables but the first serving of meat was more than enough for the two of us. The meal met our expectation and we’re happy to...

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the meat: tender, flavorful, and beautifully marbled to ensure juiciness and depth in every bite. You can immediately tell it comes from carefully selected cuts and a real commitment to excellence. I had mine cooked medium, and it was absolutely perfect—juicy and soft on the inside, with a deliciously caramelized crust on the outside. A rare balance that’s hard to find. Whether it’s a steak, a roast, or sliced grilled beef, each cut stands out for its authentic, rich flavor. No need for heavy seasoning—the meat speaks for itself. Highly recommended for anyone who truly appreciates great meat, where tradition, respect for the animal, and passion for the craft all come together on the plate.

We had a wonderful dinner with a wonderful view. From the 9th floor, depending on your table, you might overlook a few buildings as a couple. The food was delicious and definitly worth the price. We chose the cheaper all-you-can-eat course and the meat was great. The quality definitely declined a bit after each order, with our last one being quite fatty (like chewy fatty) meat, but still delicious. All the extras like rice, edamame and dumplings are also good. Ordering is super easy, in case your afraid of a language barrier – you order everything directly from your phone, no talking necessary.
