This mostly vegan restaurant offers really tasty fusion food with a few carnivore options. Don't miss the chicken porridge if you like chicken - the "medicinal" herb, nut and fruit ingredients give it an incredibly deep, North Asian, aromatic and all around irresistible flavour. They have various daily specials. The pasta of the day featured beef in a likewise most aromatic red wine and tomato sauce. The pea hummus was a piece of vegan perfection and just as yummy. The vegan carrot soup was rather mild in flavour but still a pheasant starter for just ¥500. They also have very interesting and pleasing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Prices are a really good deal given the quality, although portion sizes are a bit small and you may even want to consider having two mains. Service is very polite and kind - only be aware that food pops up on the table almost randomly whenever the kitchen finishes something - as a result, people who ordered different items most likely will eat at different times, and a hot starter may arrive even much later than an easy to prepare main (such as the vegan...

Hyssop is a nice spot that serves as an excellent refuge for a relaxing midday break. Located within a hotel, it offers a calm and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind and recharge.

My wife and I stopped by for a snack and found the food to be good, though not particularly groundbreaking. We both ordered the tuna poke bowls, which were a nice light option and served their purpose as a refreshing midday snack. They were solid, but nothing spectacular. One small frustration was that we were only given forks to eat our poke bowls. It seemed like an assumption was made. . .

The real highlight of our visit, however, was the homemade ginger ale. It was absolutely delicious—a perfect blend of spicy and sweet that was incredibly refreshing. The menu also featured a few non-alcoholic wines, which is a nice touch and shows a thoughtful approach to their...

It’s unbelievable how underrated this restaurant is when they go above and beyond in food and service experience. The service is like being at a top tier restaurant and the food is delicious with very fair prices. My husband and his family came here 3 times! Tried almost everything on the menu and they loved every single dish. Lunch, brunch and dinner menus are different so they had to try all the food on the menus. They have a nice variety of food for vegetarians and meat eaters, which makes it easier to dine for people with different dietary preferences. The food is made with love and thoughtfulness and you taste it in every bite. The brunch set is so good, every dish is unique with different flavors. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant, you will not be...

Beautiful peaceful courtyard garden surrounded by greenery. The best food in Japan, by far. Ordered the vegan small plates for lunch, which were wonderfully flavoured with food I haven't tasted elsewhere. Visually beautiful vibrant presentation and very well balanced. Assortment of textures with great attention to detail and it all tasted fresh and healthy. Excellent value for money with food being at a standard of fine dining. Unfortunately made a long trek for dinner to try other dishes on the menu and the place was closed. This was despite saying open on the website and on a sign outside the hotel.
