My mum likes plums very much so she started looking at the products, as she is an elderly, it was not easy for her to make her choice immediately. My husband was busy taking care of our toddler. My sister and I took out our mobile phone to look at the map. It all happened less than 3 mins but the staff of shop approached us and looked very annoyed. Her only concern was whether we are going to buy things and we were blocking the way. I asked her to give us a bit of time, just a minute, we will settle down and buy things. From left to right:
Honey - you can really taste the honey! A bit sweeter than the others but you can drink on the rocks to balance it out.
White plum - the alcoholic version of the ume juice they gave as sampler in store. Very easy to drink and refreshing!
Bairin (nanko-ume) - my favourite & apparently the most popular one! The ume fragrance is significantly more pronounced and it's not too sweet. Perfect to drink neat or with just a bit of ice. Note it is also stronger (18% alc).
Shiso - shiso + ume = fragrance overload, but in a good way. It doesn't taste artificial at all. My second favourite!
