Both visits provided a great shopping experience, as the staff were friendly and made an effort to communicate with us. During our second visit, the shop didn’t have the shoe size we needed in stock. However, the staff kindly asked us to wait while they went to a nearby branch to fetch it. Their dedication and service truly stood out, making the experience enjoyable and hassle-free.

何も考えずにスリッパで 萩原天神駅から南海に乗って 難波まで来てしまった時に (乗った電車も弱冷房車のため もともと暖房も弱く、電車が 駅に着くたび、足がさぶいなぁ と真冬である事を強く感じて) 難波に着いたら 特に、くそ寒く感じた足元を 保温したいなぁと思った時に 夜８時以降に、たまたま 開いていたので寄ってみた 25,5センチという中途半端な サイズに合いさえすれば 足の指先を保温する機能は 展示されたほとんどの靴で 叶うわけだが 個人的には 神の手、伝説の５人抜きの 1986年サッカーW杯から マラドーナが愛用していた プーマのパラメヒコの影響から (プーマのパラメヒコを履くと マラドーナの様にサッカーが 旨くなると当時信じていた) プーマのスニーカーから マラドーナのオーラが出ている 様な感じがしたので PUMAのあのロゴが目立つのを 選んでしまった (PUGEやASICSTigonじゃない 本物のPUMAのやつね) 試着したスニーカーを そのまま履いていきたい旨 話すと 何も言わないのに店員さんが 靴紐まで結んでくれて (支払いも済んでないのに 俺が走って逃げたら、 と一瞬、頭をよぎったが こんなに親切な店員さんを 困らせるほどの悪い男に なりたくないと正直思った) 更に、 追い討ちをかける親切が 履いていたスリッパ用に (セリアで買った100円のだが) ちゃんと手提げ袋にいれて くれて いたれりつくせりで 年明け早々に、足元も心も ほっこり出来た (今年一年良い年になる予感) お気に入りの一足に 出逢う事が出来て良かった (足元が軽くなったのでなんば駅までマラドーナの５人抜きも 実践してみた) ありがとうございました。

Horrible customer service. Staff were standing and just chatting when they saw I needed help. Finally when they see me taking shoe apart they come help. I then proceed to ask what’s the smallest shoe size and clerk just answers “this is only for men” multiple times - please just answer the question. After I repeated that I just need to know the size finally got response but interaction was so rude - I left...

Bought shoes for my uncle, the staff’s attitude was really bad. The lazy who was taking care of the asics section, when i asked to try the other side of the shoes she asked which model and i already pointed to her that my uncle is wearing that. Its sounds funny to her? And the cashier also didnt even say thank you after we purchase the shoes. Its the first time i had such experience...
