What an experience at the flagship store… Started without any greeting upon arrival. Lady was helpful when asking for stock check. I was pleased at level 1 till I went to the men’s department at level B1.
The guy greeted but his displeasing tone during our conversation was disappointing till I have no mood to shop further. He was so eager to chase us out. Till I further questioned him on items and stock availability. He then tone down and started to answer. At the end at least he greeted me but what’s done at the beginning is done the experience has been spoiled.
I am your customer and my job is to please you? Hope the management does something about the kind of experience they want customer to experience.

Shout out to the girl staff for your kind attentive and warm welcoming...

He seemed to treat customers differently based on their background—offering exceptional service to Western White customers while being dismissive toward others. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly...
