Poor customer service. I purchased a pair of ASICS with a price tag of 15400yen, the sales charged me a higher price of 16500yen. The manager claimed it was a mistake in the price tag. I requested the manager to honour the shown lower price as I decided the purchase on the price tag shown. The manager refused to refund the price difference, did not think it’s their fault in price tag, and offered no apology. Poor customer service and will not recommend. 今日はこの店で靴を買おうと思い、日本人の店員にサイズを尋ねようとしましたが、その店員はずっとインカムで話し続け、私と目を合わせないようにして、質問を避けていました。やっと会話が終わったのでサイズを聞いたところ、彼は探しにも行かず「在庫がない」と言いました。そこで中国語が話せる店員にお願いしたところ、わずか数秒後にその店員が私の欲しいサイズの靴を持ってきてくれました。それを見た最初の店員は「誰がこの靴を頼んだのか」と確認した後、すぐに2階に上がり、二度と降りてきませんでした。 このような態度は非常に失礼で、接客の姿勢に大きな問題があると思います。ASICSには、このようなやる気のない店員を雇わないでいただきたいです。また、来店する方には、欲しい靴やサイズを確認する際、必ず複数の店員に尋ねることを強くお勧めします。一部の店員は在庫を確認せず「ありません」と答えるだけの場合があるからです。

I visited this store today to buy a pair of shoes. I approached a Japanese staff member, but he kept talking on his walkie-talkie, deliberately avoiding eye contact and clearly not wanting me to ask any questions. After he finally finished, I asked for my size, but he never even bothered to check and simply told me it was out of stock. Then, I asked another staff member who spoke Chinese, and within just a few seconds, he brought me the exact shoes in my size. The first staff member who said “no stock” even asked who the shoes were for, and right after that, he went upstairs and never came down again. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of customer service. ASICS should not hire staff with such an attitude. I also recommend future customers to ask more than one staff member when checking for shoes and sizes, because some employees may dismiss you by saying “out of stock” without...
