I couldn't decide on the first day so she gave me a business card in case I came back to buy one. The next day I went to another branch in Osaka where the service was very bad. Finally, I came back to buy a bag at this branch with the same staff who took care of me. Even though they didn't have the bag that I wanted but I got a another new collection handbag and a mini wallet. I was very impressed. Next time I'll come back again.

bad service and discrimination on tourists. We just took out phone to use google map and the lady who serves us raise her hand and say NO PHOTO. Before entering the shop we have read instructions that no photo is allowed and there is a limit of timing that you can’t stay at Chanel for too long.

But still we feel being assaulted because we didn’t even take photos at all. Also, very limited stocks they have and don’t waste time coming here really.

Really ridiculous and can’t believe this happened in Osaka especially it’s...

Store clerk here is not helpful. Asked to see what earrings were available and he brought 1 tray out. Asked if there might be more, he hesitated to bring another. Asked if there’s anymore, and he brought a 3rd tray out. Should have been more proactive. Seemed like he wasn’t interested to serve or made a judgement that I wouldn’t be a potential buyer. I picked out a pair from one of the trays as the prices were favorable due to the falling yen. Otherwise, would prefer to purchase from Bkk airport where service...
