Avoid this place if you’re a foreigner — here’s why. About a month ago, I bought a laptop here. I was told it came with a 3-month warranty, which seemed reasonable even though the price was actually higher than what you’d pay on Amazon.

Recently, the touchpad started malfunctioning, so I returned to the store to ask if they could repair it under warranty. However, they refused to accept it simply because I had opened the back cover to replace the M.2 drive. Seriously? I just upgraded the storage — something any user might do. They didn’t even check the actual cause of the problem, and they never mentioned that opening the cover would void the warranty when I bought it. Any laptop brand with half a brain would expect users to upgrade RAM or storage — it’s literally standard practice.

For your own best don't engage with that young lady that works in that shop. she has very bad manners and she is very unprofessional. You can tell she is not Japanese by here bad behaviour.
