FOUND A BUG IN MY PHO!!!

I ordered 3 bowls of Pho for my friends and myself and ended up spotting a bug in my bowl. I was just about to finish my bowl too. We were just discussing how the broth was watered down when I took a look at my food.

What the actual heck?!

Not sure what all the review hype is about from the other English comments, but I think the photos speak for themselves.

My friends and I agreed the meat in the Pho tastes old and is hard to chew. The Bánh Mì was not as big as the photo shows and the bread tasted stale.

Just watch out, we might have been treated differently as foreigner's. The lady at the desk did not show any signs of disrespect, but the takeout bag she gave me had a hole in the bottom. Luckily I realized before I dropped my food, but I wouldn't be surprised if our food was Sabotaged.

Note: I understand Sabotaged is a strong word, but I wouldn't be surprised if things were meant to be that way. Of course this review is biased after what i just saw but i think that’s appropriate for the situation I face. My friend is Viet, he did not like the food, even before we saw the bug.

Update: I reached out to the owner on facebook and he offered to refund my purchases if i delete this review. He also mentioned in order for me to receive my refund I would need to come back and pick up the cash. I tried to explain that I live 40 minutes away, however he refuses to compensate for transportation costs and the huge inconvenience of a 80 min round trip.

Of course the transportation costs could be avoided, however their cashier system does not feature credit card refunds so he requests I travel there to pick up the cash. For the record I asked for 2000 yen, so my friend and I could retrieve the cash. (Trip per person via train from my location is about 800 yen)

Sir I do not wish to ruin your business, but bugs in my food is very gross, please be sympathetic to your customers. Feel free to reply and discuss your side of the story. Im sure you werent even at...

Honestly, this kinda sucked. I got the chicken 3 ways and was somehow disappointed in more ways than that. The chicken was like 80% skin and was gamey and after a few bites I was questioning if there was any actual chicken meat there.

I hope their other dishes are...
