Same at other reviewers, this one is the worst Hermes store in the world, ok if you want customers wait for your one to one service, at least you can allow customers go in to the store and set up a place for them to wait like we are in Spain, we are not in Covid restrictions anymore, not really necessary wait online outside the store. They should set up the area for waiting inside the store. I wait with my wife and they send a trainees to serve us, that ok , my wife purchased a gold bracelet that around $5000 USD not 5000yen, we already paid and ask her any leather goods available? (Of course we know the rules). And she bring out a phone case and passport holder! We passed it, In this 1 1/2 hours they are not willing to sever you a zip of drink. And the other sale try to convince me to purchase another ring that cost around 8000 USD even that is not fit my finger.Oh!,Come on !, bring me some leather goods out first. I didn’t consider myself a luxury brand person until my wife began buying me items like cologne, ties, belts, shave balm, and hats. It’s hard to deny they aren’t well made or of great quality. As far as the store goes, I’m impressed with the service. The sales associate treats my wife with care and attention, and is infinitely patient. She also speaks fluent English and has a worldly quality. It is better to make an appointment with a sales associate you have made contact with rather than wait outside in line. This store doesn’t represent neither Hermes luxury heritage nor respectful Japanese culture. Worst Hermes experience ever. China and Korea stores are a lot better. All sales in this store have such bad attitude as if they all went to a training on how to be rude to clients. I wish I remember the name of the person assisted me in the store.
