I recently visited Lululemon with the intention of purchasing a new pair of ABC Jogger pants, but the only piece they had in the store had the bottom opening loosely stretched and out of shape. I was hoping for a seamless shopping experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite.
The male staff at the changing room seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. He appeared unfriendly and lacked any enthusiasm to help with my queries. For a brand that prides itself on premium quality and service, this lacklustre customer service was incredibly disappointing.
To make matters worse, the store had a “limited” stockpile of what should be one of their staple products. For the price Lululemon charges, I expected better availability. On top of that, I noticed a section of their clothes hangers were sticky, which is unacceptable for a store of this caliber.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated with both the poor service and the underwhelming selection. Not the kind of experience I expected from such an expensive brand.

I approached the staff to propose they could have swop the entrance where the sun is to be exit and the exit which is under shade to be the entrance where customers could queue comfortably. But was told although they had 2 sets of entrances and exits. Customer are to wait under the scorching afternoon sun due to company policy and the pax counter system happen to be on the left side of the entrance where the sun is. Leaving the right entrance under shade not utilize and for exit only. I wish Lululemon management do actually have staff that look into retail customer experience. It was poor retail planning for such a reputable brand especially in a country like Japan where customer service and experience is of very high standard. Read moreWorst ever. Especially Obasan staff's attitude was speechless. One star is not even worthy. Terrible&super stucked up women staff. They don't know what they're doing in sales (bad attitude & no idea in products) and never say sorry although they gave me unclear information with confidence. All they answered are "urm" "huh?" "hmm?". Is this the arrogant attitude that lululemon educate their staff towards customers? So much for the "global" corporate. I was never furious like this before in my life. They even giggled over the phone talking about me asking Qs. I asked the staff name to separately explain to customer service hot line on what I experienced with her service, and the staff said "I can't give you my name cuz it's personal info & company policy HAHA". She LAUGHED at me with the certain tone all the time & the way they speak in Japanese was not polite and not appropriate for customer response. Unbelievable. Besides, if it's personal info and company policy, why do they post their names with faces in front of the store publicly and wearing name tags in store? Putting that aside, they kept interrupting me asking return policy and explaining my situation. I even had to say "stop cutting in, I'm not finished". They didn't even try to get what I'm trying to explain. No wonder why there are so many bad comments about this store's staff attitude. Now I get it. Never shop here.

절대 가지 마세요. 이 점포만 그런건진 모르겠지만 스태프들 태도 엄청 나쁩니다. 밑에 리뷰가 왜 죄다 직원들 욕하는 내용인지 알듯함. 정말 간만에 나쁜 경험했습니다. 반품에 대해서 물어봤는데 건방진 태도에 잘 모르는 것에대해서 맞는듯이 따박따박 대답하고 물어보는 요지도 잘 못알아들어서 화딱지남. 대답할때 옆 직원들이랑 키득키득 대면서 대답하고 장난치듯이 대답합니다.
