I popped by yesterday for a 60 minute full body massage (lie down in enclosed room). It's about $47 in USD.I didn't have a reservation, but it was only about a 12 minute wait. (There was no wait for the chair massage.) I had a male masseuse who was able to communicate in English. He was very stoic (i.e. not talkative), which I appreciate, although he did ask how the pressure was etc. It was very relaxing, and I briefly fell asleep. The location is easy to find on the basement floor of Namba station. Fyi, unlike massages in the US, there is no "skin to skin" contact. Even when he massaged my hands, he placed a cloth over. I never experienced that before, and I prefer it! (Sometimes, my massage therapist in California will massage my feet and then massage my face. I know they're my own feet but it doesn't seem right.)

My legs after the foot reflexology felt so relieved of tiredness and the upper body felt so good with my neck and shoulder aches vanished after that. Yesterday, I visited the outlet at Namba City and had a 45min body massage. It was just as good as my first experiences. If I had stayed longer in Japan, I would certainly visit again. The staff are really skillful, the place very pleasant, quiet and clean. A must visit after a long day.

I was very pleased with the service (i booked 30 min foot massage) it helped a lot with my tired feet from all the walking. I didnt had more time otherwise i would book shoulder and back massage as well 😊 highly recomend them and would go again if i go back in Osaka

I walked in , didnt book in advance so i had to wait for one hour for the first available slot but it was ok for me i just walked around the mall and time went fast. If u can, book in advance , if u dont want to wait. It was easy to find lovation with goole maps navigation. If you are looking to refresh your feet and legs after some long days of walking on your vacation then this is the place for you. And yes, it is an actual massage place not the “other” type. We arrived without an appointment which I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s just one of you looking for a massage. They scheduled us for 3 different time slots. Our foot therapist were Yamashita and Ishiura and both were not only extremely profesional but their massage technique was amazing. They took great care to make sure we were comfortable and the pressure was appropriate. Once done our legs and feet felt like we were walking on a cloud. We enjoyed it so much that we booked another one for tomorrow. 10+++ stars....
