Very helpful staff eventhough all of them are not well verse in English, they would still try their best to accommodate to you, suggest to do your research online and show them the product that you want, it would be much faster and effective that way, montbell in my opinion is worth the money in terms of quality and it is very much cheaper to buy it in Japan.
