Hotel Vista Osaka-namba — Hotel in Osaka

We used tour company and they picked this hotel. Originally, were going to a different hotel but closer to the trip they put us in this hotel. When I went to read the review I was a little concern but I was like what can you do. |I don't know what is going with people. This place was great. The location was a bit far from when we got off the JR rail but let me tell close to Dantobri. Then close to the food market which had a mix of food, shopping, and kitchen items. |If you are looking for nightlife, this place is around the corner from night life. Then we took the metro to the Osaka World expo and on the way back it took us a different route and we passed by a family mart and Lawson. This hotel is super close to 7-ll as well. |The room come with a refrigerator. |The ice machine and a microwave at the lobby. |The staff were so nice, they deliver our luggage that we have ship from Tokyo to Osaka up to our room. The are strict about check in time but they will storage your luggage so you can go an explore the area. The staff were so patient with me. I had them call the last hotel where my husband left his cell phone. They were kind of enough to hold the phone cell when it arrive to the hotel. We had plan to go to the Osaka World expo, I gave them my email address and they email while were in the expo that the cell phone arrived. We expected to return around 10 pm. but it was humid and crowded and we left early and made our way back to the hotel around 8 pm. I plan to come back to Osaka and I would like to stay at this hotel...

I stayed with family for two nights and wished to stay longer. The hotel is very close to Dotonbori (less than five minutes to walk) and Namba Station area (about ten minutes). The location was very convenient.||||There was a 7-Eleven on the first floor. Lobby is located on the second floor with a cafe. Coffee and tea were provided for free there. It was great while we were waiting for check-in. We were given with a corner room which was larger from a typical Japanese standard. The corner room does not have any neighboring room, is therefore quiet overall. Windows on two sides were great to stay with. The room conveniently had many outlets around and a fridge. Safe did not work (batteries were perhaps out, but we did not need it anyway). They provided three bottles of water every day for three family members. We bought breakfast, which was a bit plain, nonetheless quite nice. I would find it healthful. For the two days that we stayed, the menu did not change very much.||||There is a microwave on the second floor, which we could not find until the last day. The hotel is a bit pricey: considering the proximity of its location to Dotonbori and Namba, however, I would consider revisiting next time I...
