元々は1929年（昭和4年）に堂島川の水質改善のために作られた可動堰で、1982年（昭和57年）老朽化のために改装整備が必要になりその際に水晶橋になったらしいです。 リバークルーズでここを通過した際のガイドさんの受け売りですがw リバークルーズでは大江橋の次にくぐる橋でした。 遠くで見たら石造りに見えましたが表面は...
