Went there with my son and my mother which uses a cane, when I was making payment, the guy at the cashier rudely told my mother and my son behind me to move away from the line even though there's no one on the line behind us. Clearly that guy is lack of feeling and empathy. More like a robot. Definitely won't go there again unless I really need to go to the toilet, which the only plus thing...

Bad customer service Was 2 degrees extremely cold outside I decided to buy hot latte Awhile wetting for my partner on his hot coffee making in the machine I take a sip from my cup as usual And the lady with short hair come to tell me ….. drink outside only !!!

If I want to be freezing …. Why bother buy hot coffee from here ??? ( I was thinking that in my mind ) so not...
