I was stopped from entering the store with my stroller with a strong ‘NO CART!’ It was unclear to me that strollers were included in this rule, as the sign only showed a shopping cart, which I assumed referred to luggage carts in the airport. The stroller I was using is one provided by the airport that goes up to the gate. While I understand that space is limited in the store and strollers may be an obstacle, I believe there could have been a more considerate way of informing me about this policy.
I was hesitant to post this, but I thought it might help other parents in similar situations. I understand that the store might be small and space is limited, but a more polite way of informing customers about restrictions would have been appreciated.
Before my international flight, I was carrying a large amount of luggage with diapers, infant formula, and spare clothes. After I didn't see the signs, the employee first mumbled it at me, then when I didn't respond, not realizing he was even talking to me, he raised his voice aggressively.
Lower the signs, which are arguably not accessible, and train specific employees not to yell.
The cashier was the usual of extremely friendly and helpful, so at least it ended on a...

Thank god there’s a combini. Not easy to find way off on one side, and somehow recessed so you don’t notice it, and not very crowded as a result. Made my pre-departure morning, these stores are the best, so much good stuff packed into a tight space. Stocked up for the flight. Had a natto 🍙 while waiting to board. Finally acquired the...
