Very helpful owner and a wide range of Shogi and Go products. You can email beforehand to check the stock, and will usually get an answer fairly quickly.

It seems like they can also repair some types of damage on boards as well (probably depends on the type of fix though).

Credit cards are accepted and processed the old fashioned way (on paper), so you'll need to wait a few minutes if you decide to pay with card, but it's not a big deal.

The space in the store is quite tight, so you need to make sure you don't bump into any items.

Didn't get to chat with the owner much as I just popped in to pick up an item I saw on the website, but would definitely stop by again next time...

Amazing shop with great stock and an extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable shop keeper. I purchased a lovely Go set and I was never rushed through the process, I was invited to touch and try anything that I was considering buying. I was shown every option before making a purchase. The shop keeper’s English is amazing and the conversation was great, too, especially if you’re passionate about international chess as much as Mr Aoyama is! I would definitely be back if in Tokyo again. Cards and cash are both accepted. The shop does not process...
