Saint Marc Cafe - Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden — Restaurant in Tokyo

いくつかサンマルクカフェは利用しましたが、こんなに酷いサンマルクカフェは初めてです。 入口を入ると券売機があり、そこで食券を購入します。発券された食券に番号が記載されており、その番号が呼ばれれば受け取りカウンターで料理やドリンクを受け取る仕組みとなっています。一見すると効率化されているように見えますが、結局『見てくれ』でした。室内放送があるわけではなく全てスタッフの地声で呼ばれるため、混雑時など店内に客の会話が飛び交っているとスタッフの声がかき消され、座る場所によりほとんど聞こえません。モニターに番号が表示される仕組みもありますが、一部の席は柱や仕切りによって見えません。 券売機から食券が発券されても、料理やドリンクが出来上がるまで時間を要します（休日等の混雑時にはさらに時間を要します）。さらに、券売機で注文したものが、番号が呼び出された時に「実は品切れだった」と言われることもあります。もし別の料理を注文する際はもう一回券売機で購入し、同じだけの時間を再度待たなければなりません。待たされた割には料理の質もよくありません。熱がしっかり通っていないことがあります。 残念ながら全くお勧めしません。

I have used several St. Mark's cafes, but I have never seen such a bad St. Mark's café. When you enter the entrance, there is several ticket machines where you purchase your meal ticket. The ticket has a number on it, and when that number is called, you receive your food and drink at the pickup counter. At first glance, it seems to be streamlined, but in the end, it's outward show. There is no in-room broadcast, and the staff's voices are drowned out by the conversations of customers during busy times, making it almost impossible to hear them, depending on where you are seated. There is a system whereby numbers are displayed on a monitor, but some seats are obscured by pillars or partitions. Even after a meal ticket is issued from the ticket machine, it takes time for the dishes and drinks to be ready (even longer on holidays and other busy times). Furthermore, you may be told that what you ordered from the ticket machine was actually out of stock when your number is called. If you want to order another dishes, you have to purchase it from the ticket machine once more and wait the same amount of time again. The quality of the food is not good for the wait.
