If I have a choice, I would give 0 star, terribly rude staff who ignored foreign customers. When we entered, it was empty and the two staff just ignored us and continued their own chit-chat. When we walked in between them, they simply talked over us. No greetings, no how can we help you. It was surreal to have this level of disservice in Japan! Then, a Japanese lady walked in and I heard a half-hearted hello. Even if there are nice shoes, would never come back or recommend. The photo is of the young staff who’s rude. Hope the company take notice and actually train their staff to be more polite.

The staff extremely irritated, bored looking, after being asked about another shoe sizes, not only ignores the first time I asked, but also after asking for the second time anwsers just to get rid of me quietly and shortly.
