Off-White™ Tokyo “Something & Associates” — Local services in Tokyo

Best one yet compared to the other ones including the one at Ginza Six.

I absolutely love “Something or Associates” The layout of the store is very wonderful, with LED lights that look like the stock market going all around the store & the table in the middle also acting as a resting area.

Staff don’t seem super approachable in the beginning but I guess they were just shy. Really helpful later on when I eyed on the perfume which we don’t have it locally in Singapore. 😫 They were very kind & was able to give me size recommendations of a dated piece, this shows that they are very knowledgeable of their brand’s products & you’d be surprised, many staffs just sells & really do not know about past seasonal items once they are off the shelve, but these guys were off the charts. The customer service was extremely poor. I was trying to buy a pair of jeans and a jacket with my UK debit card and explained that my card was a chip and pin and not swipe. The lady took my card and kept punching things in even though I kept explaining that I needed to put my own PIN in. She kept saying it was an automatic bypass (later discovered with Google translator this was false) Anyway, it was too late at this point because I'd called my bank and all the errors had blocked my card! And I'm all the way in Japan! The staff were so unapologetic and rude! Sort of insinuating I couldn't afford the stuff... not one to leave reviews but this rubbed me...

A lot of other reviews show staff with poor service. I did not notice this but was not approached. They greeted on the way in and the way out.
