Our stay at your hotel was unfortunately overshadowed by significant service challenges, despite the many positive aspects of your property. While we appreciated the well-maintained facilities, excellent location, and overall cleanliness, we encountered a critical issue that severely impacted our experience.

Prior to check-in, we repeatedly reached out via email to request the access code for the room. Regrettably, we received no response. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no front desk or staff available to assist. Stranded outside the building in cold, rainy weather, we attempted to contact your team for hours through every available channel—calls, emails, online inquiries—but to no avail. With no resolution in sight, we were forced to book alternative accommodations that evening.

The location is super convenient,close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including good Wi-Fi and a functional kitchenette.
