I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My worst experience in Japan because of KAMAL, this guy from Bangladesh that wanted to scam us. We have booked a brand new omega, he convinced us to purchase a Rolex. After 2 hours of negotiating, he made us lost all of this time from our honeymoon. We had pay him more than in the website says, because we were paying by card. He said he was going to give me a golden diamond ring, as part of the negotiation. He left with our passport and 30 min later he wanted us to pay part of the cost of the ring. Because he said he maid a mistake… but he asked for the full price of the ring without taxes. He tried to scam us, and now we are waiting th bank to return us our money. He made nasty comments and he is seedy salesman wich got in the middle of the negotiation that we were having with a nice Japanese shop attendant. Very bad experience,...

Buyer beware The initial customer service was great. However once the Audemars Piguet watch was purchased, they offered to resize the band in store and ended up damaging the links in the process. I took it to my authorised AP repairer who advised the cost of repair is thousands of dollars. When I approached the sales rep for reimbursement for their damage caused by them (and admitted to) they ended up only paying for less than a quarter of the repairs! Extremely disappointing when you have spent tens of thousands of dollars on buying a watch from them. I would definitely not trust this store for...
