So happy to have found JLCC. They have very accommodating staff especially my favorite team night-livers (Aby, Ate Anne, Mother Earth, Ms. Chantie, Isaiah and Paul) who made my 1st Chanel purchase fast and smooth. Delivery was quick and as a first-timer, I was thankful that their business is 100%legit, items are authentic and the payment process is reliable. I was so happy when I receive the item due to its good condition and inclusions. They often try to give the requests of the ninangs (customers) as much as possible . They also have a huge selection of items to choose from may it be vintage, chic or new. Their admin, albeit sometimes slow as they are swamped with transactions, still try to respond as soon as they can and as courteous as possible (esp. Ryo and Yuko). Since then, I always come back for more items (as my budget permits haha) and also came to love the energy of their morning livers as well (Aya, TJ, Kirky and Eris). The owner, as we fondly call "Boss Ian", gives great deals from time to time. Keep it up and continuously improve your craft. Still a happy...

They have an incredible selection with very regular additional discounts, everything I have bought from bags, shoes and jewelry has been authentic and exactly as described. I love everything that i purchased and I've recommended you to all of my friends. The caliber and variety of bags you have is impeccable. I'm extremely happy with the excellent customer service and all the staff are very nice, honest and friendly, also the timeliness of delivery from Japan to California and your responsive nature. It's too bad you don't have a store in California. I think you would also be very successful here. We need a high-end store/operations like yours, as there's a huge demand for affordable luxury...

Recently came across JLCC on Instagram. I was in the market for a vintage bag. Have been watching their lives when I can. They are very attentive when I send them direct messages. Made a trip to Japan March 2025 & planned to visit. Very welcoming & accommodating. I was able to take my time & browse til I was ready to make a purchase. The prices are unmatched.
