I wanted a sale item that they didn’t have in store, so I spoke to an Indian looking sales assistance of wanting to purchase it online. She consulted with her manager or a supervisor, who was semi Latino looking, and they told a disgusting lie in my face - that foreigners are not allowed to shop on Lululemon Japan website. You must have a Japanese residential address (excluding hotel because she was confident that the Lululemon warehouse recognises and doesn’t ship to any hotel address). And that even if you are buying online, it takes over three weeks to arrive. It was so shocking when I received this information. But when I went to another Lululemon store, the friendly staff told me otherwise. It was very disgusting that these two women just deliberately lied my face. I don’t believe that they didn’t receive this training before they...

First time I took 2 pants to tryin on, the staff standing a front the fitting room’s door knocked on the door to rush me quick when I just put on the second pants, it literally just maybe 2 minutes after I got in. The second time when I checked out at the counter, there was a board showing a promotion event, and I randomly ask about how to participate it, a yellow hair staff sneer at me, and speak in Japanese with other staff disdainfully, like I cause her trouble, even I didn’t ask her. It is really annoying as a customer, and these unpleasant experiences of bad-mannered staffs are not coincidence events. Maybe lululemon just need their Japanese staffs to show arrogance to maintain their...

After receiving my change, I realized I had the exact amount for the tax-free total and tried to hand it to her. Instead of understanding, she gave me an annoyed, stern look and said, “You can’t exchange money here.” She made no effort to listen or comprehend that I was simply trying to pay the exact amount, not exchange money. It’s disappointing that she didn’t even attempt to understand what the customer was trying to do—just rigidly enforced regulations without any consideration. I do not believe this reflects Lululemon’s...
