The store is well maintained and well stocked. The employees are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend coming here to find good quality, affordable, and timeless clothing.

It was my first time shopping at GU and I recently moved to Japan, but haven’t quite figured out my new address. I asked Kurose for help ordering larger bottoms online. Without hesitation, she patiently walked me through everything even though she was busy. She not only helped me order my items, but also helped me set up an account, made sure to save my address in the app or next time, and made sure to have it delivered to my home, but she also helped me pay for the items in the store along with the items I found there! The whole time she was so patient and determined even when my anxiety was telling me to quit.

I am so thankful for her help because finding bottoms that fit me is so difficult in Japan.

Located at Chuo City area, 5 Chrome 7-7 Ginza of Tokyo, this is one of the best shopping option for reasonably priced dresses for women, men and kids. While the range for women's dresses is the widest, out of 5 floors , three floors are for women. 4th floor is for TAXFREE purchase for overseas travellers, but you need to produce your passport to get 10% tax benefit. My wife went besirk seeing the range and seeing the prices. Giving an option she would have spent a whole day there. But fearing the possible effect of that option on my purse, I had to almost push her out. Quality of the products are really good as compared to the price. Worse customer service. Especially if exchanging items for the same STYLE & COLOUR, just the size a tad small for my wife. The reason she did not try it on - you guessed it very long queue at all fitting rooms! See photo of their return & exchange policy. My wife was told that they needed to reverse the sale (you’ll get your money in three months) but pay for the same item then & there. The printed policy does not say that. I can understand that since the item was tax free, they can only process returns & EXCHANGES on the same store the item was purchased but EXCHANGING for the same item just different size… common sense dictate just swap the medium for a large!
