The queue moved quite quickly despite being 3rd in the queue, we were able to be seated within 20mins.
The only reason we visited this place was because we signed up to the Ginza 6 app and we had points to use before leaving.
Personally, i would say that the parfait i had was only so-so because i just felt that the layers did not blend too well in terms of flavouring and that there was just too much going on. Maybe it is because of the higher than usual price point hence the need make sure it is value for money but not for me. The flavours were all mixed up hence it is the bitterness of matcha at one point then the sweetness of the raspberry at another. I just did not enjoy the dessert at all.
My partner got the "cake" dish which features the different cakes they have with ice cream and cream. The presentation was quite a letdown because it looked likt we went through a dessert buffet and piled on the different items on the plate. It wasnt appetizing in any way.
For the price i am actually expecting more but i think maybe this is how desserts taste like in japan (i am not too sure tbh).
Oh one good thing was that the ambience was really good and i enjoyed chilling here. and the service we received was...
ย ย ย Read moreGreen tea dessert store in Ginza Six Shopping Mall. They serve beautifully crafted green tea dessert with a mix of traditional and fusion/creative feel. Desserts range from ok to good but personally I find them a bit too sweet. We shared several dessert dishes including:
Green tea shaved ice with red bean - a classic Japanese dessert with a slight twist of adding Hojicha to the Green Tea, which creates a pretty two-tone color. The green tea part was quite good but Hojicha was lacking in that strong Hojicha smell. Overall pretty good though have had better ones elsewhere
Fresh green tea mochi, ice cream and traditional desserts - my personal favorite - the green tea ice cream was rich, mochi has a nice bounciness and accompanying traditional desserts tasty as well
Red bean soup - a traditional Japanese dessert - ok - a bit sweet
We had to wait ~15min on a Friday afternoon but guess understandable given the convenient location and a nice ambience (in addition to the dessert - which...

Carefully prepared with all the ingredients, from very good whipped cream topped with matcha powder, beneath that matcha castella, soft and chewy shiratama, matcha jelly, matcha ice cream, crisp puffs - they all play together with a great composition of flavors and textures. The table set up comes with a welcome tea, a little tea pot that you can refill with hot water in the thermos, for the seasonally changing teas. Nice spacious seating, not too cramped. A line around noon, but the queue moved fairly quickly (roughly 20 minutes). The second time I went on a weekday, no wait at all. They also sell teas and sweets at the entrance but cashier is separate for shop and restaurant. Very friendly staff who are unfazed by foreign customers. Nice...
