I visited the store and saw a lip balm on display that was already opened. Assuming it was a sample, we tried it — as anyone would. Immediately, a staff member demanded that we pay for it. I explained that the product was unsealed and there was no sign indicating it wasn’t a tester. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they were more interested in forcing a sale. Big fan of this clothing brand so it was really great to visit a home town location. They have some great stand-out jackets and shirts. The staff were very friendly and nice to talk with. Treat yo self to a jacket that costs 1 month rent. It looks way cooler than that...

Here the clerk is the god and the customer is the people. The clerk (God )decides you can buy their products or not.

They are control everything in the shop so, People who enter the store should prepare their minds in advance.

リニューアル初日まいりました。10時から抽選で、初めて長い列を見ました。 会計に1人リニューアルオーブンプレゼントのサボテンをいただけます。星4超えの嬉しいですが、 並び関して、抽選後にsupreme さん、sophさんみたい のウェブ通知により、入店システムを導入すること検討していただきたいです。 店員さんの案内不足減少、客の待ちストレス減少に繋がります。 渋谷店 一番おじさん店長さんぼい方が ずっと、同じ人に5分ごと何番ですか っと聞きにきて、同じ事も何回も確認することは不思議です。また、抽選後、100番まで残されて、途中何人抜いて戻っても同じ立ち位置も問題なかったみたいので、 おじさん店員に確認した後、ちょっと離れても大丈夫ですって答えました。 けっきょく、戻ってきて元の立ち位置なく、先 案内してもらった店員さんも 記憶喪失みたいです。最初から並びルールをしっかりアナウンスしていただきたいと差別対応をなくなることです。 #おじさん店員へ ほんとに外の案内係からはずれしてほしいです。店内でノートパソコンと電話担当一番ふざわしいだと思います。
