Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid if You Value Customer Service

This was hands down one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. The staff were inattentive and unprofessional. Rather than assisting customers, most of them were either standing around chatting, deliberately avoiding eye contact, or engaging in what appeared to be personal photoshoots with store merchandise. At one point, three staff members completely blocked an aisle—ignoring customers (myself included) trying to pass or browse—just to continue taking pictures. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing.

If this was official content creation for the store’s social media, it should be done outside business hours—or at the very least, not at the expense of actual in-store customers.

As for the store itself: calling this a “sports store” is misleading. The selection was laughably limited. I’ve found better sports gear in Japanese convenience stores.

Overall, this place feels like a flashy shell with zero substance. A complete waste of valuable commercial space. I won’t be back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for genuine customer service or real...

The store has variety of sport products in every level separate by brand and sports. The store offers tax-free products, first, you pay as normal, then proceed to the tax-free counter to receive a refund in cash.

So here's the catch, the only thing I find it a bit ripped off instead of enjoying your whole tax-free, they will charge and deduct additional 2% for the useless "handling or service fee" for processing the tax-free in a separate counter before you will get your tax-refund which will make you wonder why double the queue and double the transaction where in fact they can already process that at the same time like any other...

Horrible service. I was utterly disappointed. I choosed a pair of shoes for my husband and the staff asked me to wait for 10 minutes so I decided to shop my own items.

When I return to the shoes area and wanted to collect the shoes, another staff just literally passed me a box of shoes with the wrong model. When I told the staff that's not the shoes I wanted he immediately took off the sale tag and told me that the shoes I wanted was not this price.
