The experience was almost ok but it was ruined at the end with a rude staff. We paid our items tax free and as usual, proceed to the counter right beside the cashier to organize our purchased items. Due to the size of the heat tech boxes, we open those paid items and put it in a shopping bag, and afterwards requested to a female staff-young with bangs and round face and black shoulder length hair-to help us discard those boxes. She looked up and said only one sentence: "Do you have the receipt?". Well of course we have, and we can definitely show you (which we did). But we were very offended, how impolite! Not even an excuse me. If we wanted to stole those items we definitely wouldn't have done it so brazenly! What a way to accuse your paying customers of theft! Afterwards, she went out without as much a thank you or anything with a deadpan expression as if she didn't just insult us! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile—and on every floor, staff welcome you again and offer help finding exactly what you need. The store is well organized, the team is attentive, and the whole experience feels smooth and efficient.

Checkout is slick, too—you just drop all your items into a bin and the total pops up. No individual scans, super fast, and very convenient.
Highly recommend...

In a very tourist heavy area, stocking larger sizes would be a good idea to sell to tourists. I was told I need to shop online to get my size which is fine, but I live here. Tourists cannot enjoy shopping here if they are not similar to a Japanese person in size.
If you are even an average Westerner, there's not much that will fit you other than t-shirts.
Update: I went to a smaller Uni Qlo and they have bigger sizes in stock. I think the selection...
