Some of the items on the grounds floor stand on the direct sunlight from the window (ie some of the creams, face masks etc). I am sure they are not supposed to be stored under the direct sunlight as it makes them heat Being a foreigner , I found the service in this pharmacy so intrusive and impolite/not considerate! There were two different staff persons who approached me saying that (a) the eye mask that I chose is not good and I should get an alternative (which was 10,000yen more expensive); (b) the biore sunscreen that I wanted to buy is not good and I should again buy some alternative brand (I never heard about) which they tried to convince me is so much better. The most annoying thing was that when I politely said “no, thank you, I will stick to my choice”, they continued to persuade me!! And I had to say no again. I felt so much pressure to buy the products they were convincing me to buy, it was extremely uncomfortable! And honestly so UNBELIEVABLE for a Japanese store, I left with a sad feeling and I know I will be never coming back Even though I bought some personal hygiene products, they gave me the transparent bag to carry things lol! 特に私の注文は6人以上の高額だったのに、このような非専門的な態度には本当にがっかりしました。ここのスタッフは顧客サービスについて適切な訓練を受けているのか、それともこのような無礼な態度が店では普通のことなのか、私には理解できません。
