Despite the early arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the sales associate, Lam, who immediately started the process.

Lam is highly proficient in English, which made the entire experience seamless for me. He took the time to explain every detail of the process, from recommending the most suitable frame style for my face to explaining how the measurements are calculated. He also provided insightful information about the brand and the lenses, making sure I understood everything.

Lam was incredibly patient and kind, answering all of my questions with a smile. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. My husband and I visited for his birthday to purchase a pair of Tom Ford glasses! Rei Tohmon-san was such a delight to work with to find the best pair that fit well and matched my our face shape and style. We first had Rei san professionally analyze my husband's facial type, some counseling for what kind of frames he is interested in wearing, and then recommendations of a number of frames that match. After trying on the reccomended frames, we couldn't be happier with our purchase!

The store has a great selection of brands that are suitable for all TPO and facial types, is very clean, and the staff are very knowledgable and friendly.
