Don't ever go there to buy camera. I was just testing a camera and the staff keep asking me if I need anything and watching me like thief frowning until I put it down. It doesn't even has SD card and chained to the booth. Why put the sample out there if you don't want people to test?? Or is it only available to japanese people?? Then just put NO FOREIGNER ALLOW SIGN out there.

I went to bic camera store next door and was able test and purchase. The staff were much more friendly. Just avoid yodobashi, there's many better non racist...

Had a broken and jammed filter ring on a lens, not the thing you want when your filter wrench is on the other side of the world, three of the staff at this shop spent 15 minutes removing and replacing the filter with a level of care that was second to none. Mind-blowing variety of electronics, appliance & accessories. Staff was not friendly or overly helpful. Did bring a Japanese translation of what I was looking for.
