The process with this agency was smooth. However, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to carefully reconsider the biodata provided. The maids we received were completely inexperienced and did not match the qualifications or experience outlined in their biodata.
Despite providing ample training, she struggled to adapt due to her previous job experience being vastly different. Additionally, she was instructed to misrepresent herself to secure the job. Unfortunately, this led to a situation where the agency benefited, but we, as employers, were left at a great disadvantage.

Unfortunately, it became evident after her arrival that she lacked the basic experience to perform her daily duties.
While I understand your offer for additional training, I feel this does not address the primary concern of the integrity of the information provided. I kept her employed out of necessity and kindness, despite her lack of experience, but this should not absolve the agency from responsibility for the inaccuracies in the biodata.

I paid RM500 for booking a maid after confirmation, followed by RM5500 for partial processing fees. Most maids initially agreed but later gave reasons such as lost or stolen passports, low salary expectations, failure to respond, and so on. I clearly informed the agent that I needed a maid as soon as possible to care for my baby! However, she coolly responded that I had to re-select and had no other option. I became extremely frustrated and demanded a refund, but she refused, citing a signed contract. I argued that since the maid had not arrived, the contract was not valid. Still, she insisted that she couldn't refund my money. I contacted JTK and Immigration to inquire about procedures, and eventually, I sought legal assistance. Suddenly, she mentioned she would consult her boss regarding a refund, and later informed me that she could only refund RM5500. When I questioned why she kept RM500, she claimed it was for processing and JTK application fees. However, I later confirmed with JTK staff that they do not require any fees.
