On my second visit, two months after my initial one, the food at this establishment remained as delightful as ever. However, a minor point of contention arose when my friends and I expressed our desire to savor a wider variety of dishes. Consequently, we opted for smaller portions and selected a total of eight dishes.

Regrettably, one of the waitresses, an elderly lady, displayed visible displeasure upon hearing our order for smaller portions. She repeatedly emphasized that these portions would be meager in comparison to the regular ones, despite my explanation that our intent was to sample a diverse array of dishes.

To our disappointment, her disapproval persisted as she conveyed our order to the cashier. This unwarranted tension detracted from the overall dining experience, marring the once-happy atmosphere. To compound matters, when the bill arrived, we noticed an erroneous charge for a large portion of the sliced fish dish.

We arrived early during dinner time. There were only two table of customers, including us. We ordered fried egg with minced pork and even pointed out the menu to the male waiter wearing glasses. Is a homey zichar restaurant. We liked all the dishes ordered. The fish head curry was shiok! Spicy, creamy and fragrant (strong on lemongrass than usual), is my favourite dish there.
