I had a terrible experience at this clinic, which I must say is completely ridiculous. I brought my unwell husband here at 3 PM, only to be turned away by two receptionists—a Chinese lady with glasses and a Malay lady in a tudung—claiming they were no longer accepting patients. Their reason? Only one doctor was available. If you know there’s only one doctor, why not hire another doctor instead of having two receptionists at the counter?
What’s even more infuriating is that there were no other patients waiting outside, and only two people were completing their registration. When I mentioned that this was our company’s panel clinic, the Chinese receptionist told me to “find another clinic, sure have.” This is unacceptable behavior for a healthcare facility.
To make matters worse, when I arrived, the Chinese receptionist didn’t even notice me standing at the counter for three minutes because she was too busy on her phone. Is this how you treat people in need of medical care? Imagine if someone came in with a critical condition—would you still turn them away and suggest they look for another clinic?
This clinic has terrible management, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. If this is how they operate, they should not be a company panel...

With questions related to - do you have an appointment?.. the booking is full.. and i was surprised with the sarcastic tone of the receptionist. I turn around and saw the clinic was almost empty with only 1 patient leaving upon my registration. I'm not racist but why a Malay girl unable to communicate in a proper way and the clinic put them on the front line receptionist??? With AIA card, do we need to have a appointment few days before the visit? Hope AIA could look into this panel and appointing them as a panel for the future. And also the clinic need to send these receptionist for "communication" training. What a worse experience I had with this clinic which never had before...
