Very rude staff and the lady manager.. suppose to get 0 star.. located at exclusive mall but very low attitude and very rude staff.. the owner please hired another staff as they are not suit for your mall … My last visit there.. others please choose other PADINI STORE OUTLET, not this TRX PADINI Please take action ASAP: Rude manager and one of the female staff so rude when reprimanding a customer in a sarcastic voice and face just because she sat on one of the box near a mannequin doll. The female sales manager scold customer in a rude voice and action. She stomped her foot loudly to show her displeasure at the customer trying on the white cloth.. OMG very rude.. if you don’t like your work please quit.. Management of this mall , please take action.. Something wrong with the brain of policy maker at this branch. I think everyone can understand if they said no two person allowed in one fitting room. But no, they don’t even allowed partner/friend to wait OUTSIDE the fitting room to give opinion. Forcing everyone that wants their friends and families opinion on their attire to go all the way to where the queue starts for everyone in the queue to listen in on the discussion about our own bodily image opinions. I am so disappointed with the attitude of your staff who went for berbuka puasa. The line was long enough almost 20 people lining up waiting for turn and there was only one counter open for payment. These rude staffs barge into the staff room whom i believe just came from buka puasa went behind counter while making videos of the customers queuing. So rude. Kindly have some manners.
