UNDEFEATED - The Exchange TRX — Local services in Kuala Lumpur

I made my first purchase at Undefeated TRX yesterday around 2 PM and bought a few items, including a pair of pants. Unfortunately, I realized when I got home that the size (M) was too tight around the waist. I came back today around 1 PM hoping for an exchange, only to learn about the no exchange policy.

As a first-time customer, I wasn’t aware of the policy and genuinely hope you could make an exception for this situation. The exchange is not due to any misuse but because I believe I may have tried on the display unit during fitting, which seemed looser than the new item I purchased. I came back the very next day, and I’ve always been respectful of store policies. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity for an exchange, as I love your products and would like to continue shopping with you in the future.

Purchased the show Lo x undefeated tee last week and double confirm with the staff if can exchange after purchase, the staff told me that just keep the tee as per new then can change. But went Monday to change a bigger size then was told every purchase was final no exchange is allowed lol.
