After reading all the negative reviews i got to understand that i’m not the only one who’s been affected. I’m from Penang and came down to KL just for the sale! However i’m very shocked with the rude attitude of the Staffs in the fitting room. I was the early ones to be at the fitting room knowing that its a sales period and will be crowded. There were one or two persons in front of me and while the chinese girl was taking off the hangers and told me that i could try only 6 pieces which i knew being a regular shopper at Zara. So i said YES i know and suddenly a Malay girl (tall and thin looking with a ponytail ) from the other side told me rudely in malay ‘nanti you have to queue again tau’ So i looked at her and said yes i know since it’s not the first time im coming to Zara ! I mean logically if only 6 pieces are allowed than the rest will have to be the next round right. I think practically all other outlets like Padini are having the same logic. When i said that immediately the other Malay girls are not happy and openly whispering something amongst themselves. Once i’m done with my fitting, while i was about to hand the items which i didn’t want the same Malay girl started shouting to me ‘Berapa you bawa masuk and berapa bagi balik’ . (there is no reason for her to ask bcoz only 6 is allowed)I totally ignored her comments and just put the unwanted clothes in the basket. It was a clear indication that the sales person was picking on me bcoz she didn’t say that to any other customers who came out of the fitting room. I’m working in a reputable Bank in Malaysia and also in service line. I’m putting up this comment bcoz i think it’s time for the Manager to look in to it seriously. Without customers you people will be jobless so take things seriously.! Im a frequent traveler and so far have never experienced such a thing in any Zara outlet in any other countries.! The cashier’s counter was another bottle neck. I told the cashier to separate the bills since i’m going to Penang and my sister is in Kl . The counter staff a Malay girl told me that ‘ tak boleh lah’ . Than i had to explain the reason. Than finally with her sour face she obliged. After payment is done i think there was some technical issue the receipt couldn’t be printed out she ‘paged’ for a few people which i presume the supervisor for support but to my disappointment after standing there for almost ten to fifteen minutes than finally a chinese guy from the men’s section came over and helped. The Malay cashier did not even say a word of sorry and just handed me the receipt abruptly. Based on my observation the staffs are all young and new which i presume are under contract or temporary employment but it doesn’t give them the right to be rude to customers! They should be well trained before even coming for the job ! The unprofessional attitude not only will tarnish the organisation’s name but also the country’s name considering Zara is frequently visited by many foreign tourists. SO ZARA PAVILLION...
Read moreFirst time writing a review but never have I thought it would be an unpleasant one. Travelled from the US to visit Pavillion for I heard it is a great mall in the country and I was hoping to find something for my golf/business session but sadly a salesperson has told me that Zara itself wouldn't have the products that would be anywhere suitable for such occasion as they only carry the remaining stocks from Europe. Be that as it may, I still found a shirt and was willing to try on. As I was trying on, a man barged into my fitting room claiming that he was trying to check if the room was empty so I spoke to the staff after in regard to this issue yet they told me it was none of their concerns to begin with for it was risk for myself and I could further proceed with this matter with the management if I had the time to do so. In a nutshell, I personally do not feel safe shopping in Pavillion again due to the attitude that the staffs have.
I am merely writing this to warn other shoppers to be aware of such situations and I would not want it to happen to...
Read moreI went to the store twice to collect my order. The first time was disappointing as i went there waiting without getting any assistance. I asked one of the staff there and they direct me to the payment counter. I waited for a guy to scan my order but the guy seems annoyed and told me that they have to scan one by one. But i waited for almost 20 minutes hence i left.
This morning i went again to try and collect. It was lesser traffic and i see a few staff on floor. I asked one of the staff that i want to collect my order and he directed me again to the payment counter. I waited for 5-10 minutes with no assistance from anyone. Payment counter was empty with no cashier.
I think the staff there should be more polite and alert of customers going in and out of the store. At the end of the day, they are from the customer service line so please be more attentive and patient. And PLEASE DONT LEAVE THE PAYMENT COUNTER EMPTY...
