I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pullman Hotel, and I must say, the entire food experience was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, the atmosphere set a classy yet comfortable tone warm lighting, elegant décor, and attentive staff who made sure every detail was taken care of.
The variety of dishes offered was impressive. Whether you’re a fan of local Malaysian favourites or international cuisine, there’s something for every palate.
The buffet spread was beautifully presented every section neatly arranged and constantly replenished. I could clearly see the chefs taking pride in their work, ensuring freshness and quality in every item served.
What really stood out was the flavour and quality of the food. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and seasoned to perfection.
The meats were tender and juicy, the seafood was incredibly fresh, and even the vegetarian options were rich in taste and creativity.
The desserts were a highlight too from delicate pastries to creamy puddings and fresh fruits, every bite felt indulgent yet balanced.
The service deserves a special mention. The staff were polite, well-trained, and always around to assist from refilling drinks to offering recommendations with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find such attentive hospitality that doesn’t feel forced or rushed.
In terms of value for money, I’d definitely say the food is worth it. The combination of quality, quantity, and the overall dining experience justifies the price.
Whether you’re there for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or even a casual meet-up with friends, Pullman delivers a memorable meal that leaves you satisfied and happy.
To sum it up Pullman Hotel’s dining experience is absolutely worth it. Excellent food, elegant ambience, and top-tier service make it a place I’d gladly return to and recommend to anyone looking for a fulfilling culinary...

Service 2/10 it took them averagely 30 minutes to attend to my text. no proper greeting overall correspondences is like talking to a automated robot (except the end conversation part) it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare the food +10 minutes till rider comes to pickup. did not provide options for delivery service (i have to pickup food at entrance) they "assume" that all customers required the same service. My building is under movement restrictions. They just need a courtesy to ask first instead of assuming.
Food 2/10 Japanese Bento ( Stir Fried Beef With Cabbage) Very salty Beef too dry and chewy Chawanmushi was blend and looks like soup base (all the eggs crumbled) Miso soup tasted ok. Salad tasted normal however its in a infant portion Futomaki roll is okay (the only food tasted ok in the bento set)

I wouldn't consider ordering again as the standards is not on par of a 4 starhotel. The looks / presentation of the food is good, however when comes to the taste of it, even my kids doesn't even wants to eat it after a first bite, the only eatable food was the futomaki, white rice,...
Read moreI would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the amazing team at Sedap Restaurant, Pullman for making our dining experience so memorable.
The Nasi Goreng Kampung was absolutely delicious, full of bold and authentic local flavours. The fried rice was perfectly seasoned and generously packed with prawns, vegetables, and anchovies, giving it that satisfying kampung-style kick. Served with juicy fried chicken, satay with rich peanut sauce, spicy sambal prawns, and a perfectly done sunny side up egg, the dish was both hearty and satisfying. The crunchy keropok and acar added a great variety of texture and freshness. Truly a well-balanced Malaysian plate!
We also had the Mexican Salad, and it was refreshingly vibrant. The fresh lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, and creamy guacamole were paired with grilled chicken, cubes of cheese, crispy tortilla chips, and crunchy croutons. The dressing was tangy and flavourful, tying everything together nicely. It was light yet filling — a great choice for those who prefer something healthier without compromising on taste.
Another highlight of our meal was the Tomato Bisque, beautifully presented in a warm bread bowl and served with crispy breadsticks and sides. The soup came in a charming thermal bottle to keep it warm throughout the meal — a thoughtful touch that shows attention to detail.
A special shoutout to Chef Wong Chung Yew , who personally came over with two complimentary desserts to celebrate my friend's birthday – such a thoughtful and kind gesture that truly made the occasion extra special.
We were also touched by Encik Wan Mus, who generously offered us complimentary tea. The service throughout our meal was impeccable, with Encik Hadi and Cik Malanie being especially attentive, friendly, and professional.
Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality. We will definitely...
