Such an unpleasant experience, I have been regular customer at this store, and one of the luggage purchased here was broken, so I decided to call to check whether this luggage can be repaired, the first called was not answered, so I called the second time, finally the staff answered the call, but what shocked me is the way they answered the call. Usually what is a decently good store turned in to a horrible experience with the attitude of 1 single staff member. He was just so uninterested in serving.
